As a Medication Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medication to our clients, while supporting their overall health, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to clients according to individual care plans and in line with legal and organizational policies
   
• Monitor and document medication administration, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
   
• Observe and report any changes in clients' health or medication side effects to the appropriate healthcare professionals
   
• Collaborate with nurses, carers, and other healthcare team members to deliver holistic care
   
• Support clients with their daily living activities as needed
   
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring medication storage meets required standards

Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a related field (with medication competency modules)
