About the Role
RightCare Staffing is seeking warm, reliable Personal Care Workers to support elderly and disabled clients in the Armadale and South-East Perth region. You'll assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement — helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes or residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and social support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Report changes in client condition to supervising nurses
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Valid police clearance
- Driver's licence preferred
